- An East Coast girl who turned west in search of big mountains and soft snow. I have been a physical yoga practitioner for eight years, but know that yoga has always been with me. I love interacting with / learning from poeple, especially athletes. I took D'ana Baptiste's teacher training and have discovered my authentic self and teaching style. My classes are generally a dynamic vinyasa flow incorportating strength and stability, firing up the tapas (inner heat). Come join me for some great flowing fun!
